Hello fellow artists, I have taken such a long break from deviantart that I would really love get back into taking photos. Maybe even just edit my back log of a few thousand photos, that haven't the light of day since they were taken.

So it appears the last time I did one of these was 1 week before I got married. A lot has happened since then. Yes I did get married 6 years ago, and we are still going strong. We are actually coming up on our 10 years of being in a relationship together real soon in November. Also we had a baby during this time. She came 8 weeks early at 2lbs 13oz and lucky for us has been a perfectly healthy child. She is going to be 2 in January, and I am just so proud of her progress.

Now back to the art portion of this, I am hoping to upload at least a few things each week. Lets see if I can get back into the swing of creating again. I'm rather rusty so please bare with me.

I can't believe that in one week I will be married

I realize that I haven't updated this journal in over a year and few things have changed. First off I'm engaged to the aforementioned boyfriend, and I couldn't be happier. We are getting married July of next year. The wedding planning is killing me, but it will be worth it. I'm making my bouquet out of origami flowers, it looks amazing so far. I'll have to upload some pictures of it when it's done.

Another new thing is that I've moved out of my parents house, this happened last year, and the freedom is great. The pay all my own bills thing isn't so bad since I have a steady job and I have someone to help me out. Only bad thing about living in an apartment next to a couple with young children is terrible when you just want a moment of quiet.

The things that are the same, I still have the same car, still at the same job, still not going to school.

So it's been awhile since I last updated my journal, so here's what's new. First off I finally was able to get a job last November. I work at the front desk of a assisted living facility. I answer the phone, transfer calls, answer visitors questions, take out the trash, and lock up at night. Not very fun but it's better than nothing, I like the money.

Secondly, I bought a car. It's a '94 Buick Skylark and it only cost me $400 + $250 for repairs, so basically I got a really cheap car that runs great . Too bad gas prices are going up so much, kind of sucks but oh well. I just have to cut back on driving so much. At least I get decent gas millage.

Thirdly, I'm still wish my awesome boyfriend. I love him so much.  We are trying to move out together. So far it's just a lot of waiting. Saving money, figuring out how much things will cost, filling out applications for apartments. Blah blah blah, all rather normal stuff. Hopefully we can get the apartments right across from my work, because then we would save so much on gas. It would be amazing.

Finally, I really wish I was in school, but I really can't afford to be going when I don't know what I'm going to school for. I'm good with people, but sometimes I just like being alone. I love art but not sure if I want that to be my career. So I'm kind of stuck at the moment, but it's okay. I have a lot going on in my life so this is the least of my worries at the time being. Hopefully I can change that at some point.

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't really been putting many pictures up lately. To be honest it's just been because I've been lazy. For that I apologize. So I will be upload new stuff that I've been hoarding away.

On a random note I'm now the Secretary of the Social Gaming Club at my college (even thought I'm taking classes this semester) and my best friend is now the President. I really hope this year goes well because I love this club... I just can't get enough of playing Settlers of Catan, Sorry and Apples to apples. I'm addicted I'll admit but I don't really care .

I'm sorry for the random factoid of my insanity but I'm sure you'll all forgive me.

Also, when did the weather decide to become so unpredictable. Just 2 weeks ago it was in the 80's or higher and now the high is 70. Of course I'm looking forward to the changing colors of the trees. Orange, reds and gold taking over what was once lucious green.
